Hi, I'm Adhya Rose, an efficiency maven who is dedicated to helping creatives, healers, and changemakers overcome limitations so that they can scale, create more impact, and access more time in their lives.

Twelve Years ago, I decided that I would create a better life for my children and I through Entrepreneurship. What I didn't know at the time is that starting and successfully growing a business takes a certain skillset that can be developed over time but often is not inherent to us when we launch our passion project into the world. 

​

I started by opening a Professional Organizing practice while attending an Entrepreneurship Program. I gained experience in the fundamentals of business, writing a well- written business plan, and speaking to people about what I did! I gained most of my clients through tradeshows and then word of mouth. It was wonderful to work with these amazing people who wanted more for their lives than living within the confines of clutter. And this business soon evolved into more coaching than organizing, as my journey in healing and personal development unfolded, and my clients' did as well. In 2015, I experienced a severe trauma that decided for me that I would come to a stop for a time. And I saw my first glimpse into why systems and the ability to duplicate yourself is so important.

In 2017 I launched a Bookkeeping business which quickly evolved into Systems Coaching as my clients needs called for it and my experience was in all things efficiency. Throughout my Entrepreneurship journey, I have worked with many incredible teachers in fields ranging from Concsious Evolution to Lean Six Sigma Principles (Business Efficiency) for Entrepreneurs. I have trained in so many areas of Entrepreneurship and Personal Development that I have lost count. My passion for these areas runs DEEP! In 2021, I sold the Bookkeeping Business and was poised to launch a full- time Coaching Practise, when very suddenly my health collapsed and I was bed- ridden for 8 months.

After a harrowing year of building my health back up, I promised myself that I would build a business that brilliantly supports Passion Driven Entrepreneurs to build the life of their dreams and a business that supports that - with the systems in place to navigate life's surprises without having to stop. And here I am. Today I travel when I want, spend time with my children when I want, and have a business that is flexible, fully remote, with multiple income streams, and highly delegatable, should I need to step back. I support Entrepreneurs to create the same, leveraging their own God- given gifts and learned skills and the tools that I have curated over the years to automate, simplify, and streamline all areas of business so that it truly can be the freedom and impact- creating machine that you intended.

I believe that every person can create their own impact- driven empire. I have evidence- backed experience that fuels my belief in Infinite Possibility, Freedom, Kindness, Community, and Presence.

And finally, as relationship really is my number one goal in life, I'd love to share with you some of the more intimate parts of who I am... so here are a few tidbits you may not discover otherwise...

1. I am a single mama to two incredible souls. Matthais and Em. They light my path in life. All heart these two brilliant creatures. 

2. I'm super passionate about nutritional health, spirituality, consciousness, quantum physics, and a bunch of other nerdy things that have alotted me profound freedoms that most rarely experience. I love the mysterious and magical. 

3. I'm a funky chicken. Undercover goofy, out- of- the- box thinker, highly sensitive and sentimental, highly intuitive, odd at times, I love unique and different things, and it was a long journey to finding my community but I truly have. The most amazing outliers ever. 

4. I live in Saskatoon, SK, which I detested for many years and now absolutely adore. I love working with clients locally when I can and run a women's business coworking group out of my home through the winter for local Entrepreneurs. 

5. I LOVVVE travel, adventure & exploration. And water. Sometimes I work at the beach when I just can't get enough sun & water. 

6. Annnnnnndddd...  I love making my own body and home products. After health issues stemming from over- toxicity, and with my passion for everything human potential, I LOVVE to make homemade chocolate that adorns my body, pit stick, laundry soap, shampoo, and all the the other things. And this winter... I will conquer Sourdough Bread!
